Set up in three steps

Create the team
Each person makes a team identity once (a key pair kept in their own vault). The first admin creates the team and picks where its file lives: a shared folder (Dropbox, OneDrive, a network share), WebDAV, a Git repository or an S3 bucket.

Invite
A colleague sends their join code; the admin adds it, compares the key fingerprint with them by phone or in person, and sends the invitation. It holds no secret.

Share
Share a login, a host group, an environment, a snippet, a workspace or an automation rule: every member gets their own copy, kept up to date and usable at once.
